TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
We expect photographs depicting the beauty of the human body.
Photographs should intrigue with shape, form, composition, mood and show the beauty of the female / male body of the models.
1. The competition is open to all photographers.
2. Each author may submit up to five works.
3. Photographs may be taken in any technique.
4. Format of works 24×30 cm only.
5. Each photograph should be legibly described on the back with the consecutive number (according to the list of photographs in the entry form), the title of the work, the author’s name and e-mail.
6. A fee must be paid for participation in the competition: PLN 50 to the account: PL30124019781111001014910710 Świdnicki Ośrodek Kultury, Rynek 43, 58-100 Świdnica; in the title you should write your name and surname – AKT 2023; a copy of the proof of payment should be attached to the entry form.
7. The works in rigid packaging should be sent to the following address:

with the annotation: „AKT 2023“.
8. The organisers reserve the right to reproduce and publish the photographs free of charge in the catalogue, press, television and the Internet.
9. The jury has the right to distribute the prizes differently.
10. The terms and conditions of the competition shall be binding upon the organisers and the participants.
11. Submitted works are tantamount to a declaration of ownership of copyright and property rights to the photograph. By submitting an entry to the competition, the author declares that the rights of third parties have been clarified and that the author of the work has the appropriate permission to use the image of the persons captured in the photographs (Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, as amended). Journal of Laws. No. 24 as amended.
12. The author of the photographs accepts the terms of the regulations and agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883 as amended) for the purposes of the competition.
FINAL PROVISIONS
– Each author of works qualified for the exhibition will receive a diploma of participation and an exhibition catalogue.
– All competition participants will receive an exhibition catalogue free of charge.
DEADLINE
Deadline for receipt of works: 01.07.2023
Jury meeting by: 15.08.2023
Notification of the results by: 25.08.2023 (on www.sok.com.pl)
Exhibition display: September–October 2023
Return of all works together with the exhibition catalogue by: 31.01.2024
