RULES OF THE CONTEST

  1. Only sets of photos may be entered into the contest.
  2. The contest is open to all photographers.
  3. One author may submit only one set of works on any subject, constituting a well-thought-out, coherent authorial concept.
  4. The format of the set of photos must not exceed 70 × 100 cm.

On the back of each photo, the following information should be given:

  • name and surname of the author,
  • exact address,
  • e-mail,
  • title of the set,
  • the order of works in the set or its layout on a separate sheet of paper.

with an annotation: ZESTAW 2022

  1. The organisers will ensure that the works are returned in the same packaging.
  2. The organisers reserve the right to reproduce and publish the photos in the catalogue, press, television and the internet free of charge.
  3. The awarded works will remain the sole property of the authors.
  4. The jury reserves the right to distribute the prizes differently.
  5. The terms of the contest are contractual provisions binding for the organizers and Participants of the contest.
  6. Submitted works are tantamount to a declaration of ownership of copyright and property rights to the photo. By submitting works to the contest, the author declares that the rights of third parties have been clarified and the author has the appropriate permission to use the image of the photographed persons (Act of 4 February 1994, as amended, on Copyright and Related Rights, Journal of Laws No. 24 as amended).
  7. The author of the photo accepts the terms and conditions of the regulations and agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

FINAL PROVISIONS

  • Each author of the photos qualified for the exhibition will receive a diploma of participation and an exhibition catalogue.
  • All contest participants will receive an exhibition catalogue free of charge.

DEADLINE

  • Deadline for receipt of works: 01/07/2022.
  • Meeting of the jury by: 15/08/2022.
  • Notification of the results by: 25/08/2022 (www.sok.com.pl).
  • Exhibition: September/October 2022.
  • Return of all works together with the exhibition catalogue by: 31/01/2023.

AWARDS

  • GRAND PRIX „ZESTAW 2022”: MEDAL + 6000 PLN + AUTHOR’S EXHIBITION IN THE GALLERY OF PHOTOGRAPHY IN ŚWIDNICA IN 2023
  • FIRST PRIZE: 2500 PLN
  • SECOND PRIZE: 1500 PLN
